Policy
Booking and Payments
- At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your shoot is required to secure your appointment date and time. All payments can be made through Zelle or Cash App. The deposit payment means that you have read through and agree with ALL of Tufflens's Photos policies
- The final balance payment is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot, proofs will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot is paid.
Image Files
- Final edits will be returned to clients in 10 - 14 business days (up to 2.5 weeks) from the day you make your selections. Please know that this only includes Monday-Friday. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days
- Image proofs are low res images used to allow clients to choose which images they would like edited. These images are watermarked to prevent the client from posting.
Cancellations
- If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session (up to 4 months) if the client reschedules the appointment by email 72 hours prior to the date of the session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. If a time and date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit will serve as just the cancellation fee for the shoot.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be allowed if there is rain in the forecast
- if Tufflens cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
- Tufflens takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of photographs; including using professional-grade equipment and professional-grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of the client’s photographs being lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Tuff.lens control, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
Model Release Policy:
- The client hereby assigns Tuff.lens the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from the use of images.
